  • JA Announces Expanded Collaboration with YMCA of San Diego County

    As we continue to lead our nonprofit through its next phase of growth, we are excited to announce an expanded strategic collaboration with YMCA of San Diego County. The new initiative will allow YMCA veteran, Steve Rowe, to serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, as JA searches for a new CEO.

  • Students Compete and Showcase Coding Skills at 3nd Annual CODEchella

    May 25, 2018

    Middle and high school students from all over San Diego had a chance to showcase their unique coding skills at the 3rd Annual CODEchella. The student teams had fun competing in a series of coding challenges. The middle school students had to create code to race Spheros robots through complex mazes. The high school students had the opportunity to code their own flying Robolink mini-drones.
