August 2010 - Hilltop High Shows at National Competition in MN

The San Diego Shores Team, from Hilltop High School, took Minneapolis by storm with their product and positive attitude. Our students competed against 23 other teams from the US and Canada. While they were all competitors, at the end of the day says Alejandra "it was so much fun and we learned so much". Our proud Hilltop-ians did not win this year, but we are already gearing up for the 2010-2011 school year and plan to bring a student team (or two!) with us to the competition next year. For the first time in over a decade, San Diego was represented at the JA National Company of the Year Competition. Our JA Alumni often remember their "NAJAC" experience and the experience for these students in 2010 was no different.
