Wade is the Managing Partner of the San Diego office of J.H. Cohn LLP, the nation's 15th largest independent public accounting firm.
He serves the San Diego civic and business communities in a number of capacities as a member of the City of San Diego Audit Committee, the Corporate Director's Forum, the Financial Executives Institute and the Mater Dei Catholic High School Board of Directors.
Wade and his wife, Barbara, a San Diego area native, have three daughters and live in Point Loma.
