Mike Richardson used to run the Aerospace Division of a British corporation and is experienced as a CEO of businesses ranging from electronics to enterprise-software, involving turnarounds, acquisitions and disposals.
Now, as President of Sherpa Alliance, Mike specializes in the strategy, execution and breakthrough leadership challenges of small-to-medium sized and fast-moving businesses. He is also a Chair with Vistage International (formerly TEC: The Executive Committee), coaching and facilitating peer groups of CEOs, senior executives and professional service providers.
Mike is an author, speaker and facilitator, of a diverse range of clients and Vistage members, helping CEOs, executive and their teams be "in the driving seat" of their businesses, with the organizational agility they need to be successful. He also serves on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards.
