At the age of 24, I am proud to say I have already worked for some of the top leading hotels and restaurants, including the J.W. Marriott in Dubai, and currently as a line-chef at Mr. A’s. I am extremely grateful to be one of the Conference’s spokespersons. I am looking forward to inspiring and preparing these young adults to become the next generation of San Diego’s hospitality leaders," said Michael Rubalcava, Conference Alum & Future Restaurant Owner.
