Year End Giving
Think back to when you got your first pay check—were you ready to balance a budget? For most young adults today, the answer is “no.”
Understanding how to manage money is a critical skill for becoming an independent adult, yet financial literacy is seldom included in standard K–12 curriculum. Junior Achievement is committed to closing this gap by providing more than 81,500 students with real world experiences to ensure they are ready to succeed beyond the classroom.
It is not too late to make a difference in 2017. Give to Junior Achievement before December 31, 2017-- for a tax-free donation.
As we approach the close of 2017, we want to thank you for supporting Junior Achievement. Together, we will continue to inspire the next generation of leaders to believe that anything is possible, and turn "I can't" into "I CAN!"
Grow your gift through the Champions for Youth campaign. For the fourth consecutive year, JA has been selected by The Century Club and Farmers Insurance as one of ten San Diego organizations to participate in the Champions for Youth program.
When you make a donation through this charity campaign, JA qualifies for up-to $40,000 in additional funding, while receiving 100% of your contribution. With your support, you are making an immediate and real impact to provide K-12 students with JA life-changing financial literacy programs. This comes at a time when near half of all teens do not think it is important to save money or create a budget.
