I became interested in real estate during high school which eventually led to my becoming a student at the University of San Diego, Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. The Burnham-Moores Center consistently enjoys top rankings amongst the quality real estate programs on the West Coast. As a student, I was very fortunate to study most aspects of commercial real estate, including development, leasing, investment, finance, valuation, as well as many other trade areas. In addition to several part time real estate internships, I became involved with the Program’s Real Estate Society, Mentorship Program, and regional Case Study Competitions (NAIOP).
Today, I work with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Group, exclusively representing office and industrial tenants for the purchase or lease of real estate. Our clients include a wide range of companies, from local startup ventures to Fortune 500 companies.
I leverage my passion for both entrepreneurship and real estate to thoroughly learn and understand my clients’ businesses, and then design and complete an efficient, cost-effective solution which is flexible and sustainable for their long term growth.
